Absolutely. All our honey is cold-extracted, unpasteurized, and industrially unfiltered. This way, we keep absolutely all enzymes, vitamins, and pollen intact. You receive the product exactly as our bees created it, without any compromise.
Crystallization is the ultimate guarantee that the honey you are tasting is 100% raw and authentic. It is the natural process of pure honey. If you prefer a perfectly liquid texture, you can gently warm the jar in a water bath (bain-marie) at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
Our apiaries are nestled deep in the heart of nature, in pure ecological areas within the Bison Woods. We strictly select these isolated locations, far from pollution and intensive farming, to ensure the highest standard of purity and a completely unadulterated taste.
We know glass requires special care. Each jar is manually packaged in premium, shock-resistant protective materials so that the "liquid gold" arrives impeccably at your table. However, if your package suffers any accident along the way, write to us and we will resolve the situation immediately.
