1.1. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN, Strada Codrului, Targu Neamt city, Neamt county, Romania, (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the User/Client in the version valid at the time a transaction is made in the melaflora.eu online store.

2.1 By registering an Order on the Website or by transmitting an Order by phone or email, the Buyer agrees to the form of communication — phone, online, or email — through which the Seller carries out its commercial operations.
2.2 The Seller reserves the right to modify the quantity of goods and/or services in the Order for justified reasons. In this case, it will notify the Buyer at the e-mail address or phone number provided to the Seller upon placing the Order and will refund the amount paid where applicable.
2.3 The invoice constitutes a sales-purchase contract in accordance with the legislation in force.
2.4 The sales-purchase contract is considered concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment the order is fully paid and received by the Buyer.
ORDER PROCESSING
The order processing time is 2 – 3 working days (estimated). Circumstances that may arise and are not in our control may, in exceptional cases, prevent us from meeting the deadlines for order processing. If we are unable to meet the delivery deadlines, we will keep you informed via the e-mail address or phone number provided when submitting the order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, we must be notified as soon as possible by e-mail at melafloraa@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
ORDER SHIPPING
4.1. The order is shipped in approximately 2 – 4 working days from order processing.
4.2. Order delivery is implicitly carried out through fast courier services. Delivery options and related costs can be found in the checkout step. By placing the order, you agree to the selected delivery method.
The Seller reserves the right to delay or cancel the shipment of the Order if it cannot be fulfilled for reasons independent of PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN, which include: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, governmental actions, war, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances, or other force majeure impediments in accordance with the customs of Romanian law. The maximum value of damages that can be paid by PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN to the Buyer in case of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amount collected by PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN from the Buyer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
5.1. The cancellation of an order must be made within a maximum of 8 hours from placing it by sending an email to the address: melafloraa@gmail.com, specifying the order number. If we do not receive an email with the cancellation of an order within 8 hours, the order will go through the usual processing steps.
5.2. If the order has been paid and shipped: such an order cannot be canceled; if the pickup by the Buyer is refused, the Seller will charge a fee of 10 lei for processing, restocking the item on the site, and the entire cost of return shipping;
5.3. If the order has not been paid but has been shipped: such an order cannot be canceled; if the pickup of a package is refused, the Buyer will bear the entire cost of return shipping;
PAYMENT
The value of orders can be paid by the buyer online, by bank card via "Stripe", by bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Payment options are displayed in the checkout step of an order.
PRODUCT RETURNS
7.1 The Buyer must check the received Order and notify the Seller within a maximum of 3 days if they find differences, errors, quality issues, or non-conformities. Any notification sent after this period will not be taken into consideration.
7.2. Products non-compliant with the specifications on the Website at the time of purchase, products sent incorrectly by the Seller, or at a different volume than the one ordered by the Buyer can be returned. Used products cannot be returned. The cost of return is borne by the Seller.
7.3. Products returned due to quality issues will be inspected by the Seller based on internal procedures. If the Seller finds no quality issues, the refund or compensation will not be accepted.
7.4. The replacement of returned products or the refund of their value will be made within 14 working days.
PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1. The content of the Website, including but not limited to logos, static and dynamic images, text, video, and multimedia materials presented on the Website, is the exclusive property of PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN, who reserves all rights obtained in this regard, including through usage or publishing licenses.
8.2. The User and the Buyer are not permitted to copy, distribute, transfer, use, reproduce, or display the content from the Website, except with the express written consent of PFA APOSTOAE LAVINIU CONSTANTIN.
