AROMATIC PROFILE The perfect contrast between mountain wilderness and berry delicacy. A unique sensory experience you won't forget anytime soon. The taste begins with a fine, vibrant acidity and the fragrance of wild raspberries, concluding with deep, woody notes of fir resin. This complexity makes it a spectacular choice alongside soft cheeses (brie, camembert) or generously drizzled over a refined cheesecake.
HARVEST SEASON Gathered at high altitude, where the air is thin and the forest dense. A niche harvest, strictly conditioned by the mountain microclimate.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Ideal Conditions – Keep the jar tightly sealed in a cool, dark place; raw honey retains its properties for years on end. No Fridge – Pure honey does not require refrigeration after opening. Leave it at room temperature for a perfect texture. Dry Utensils Only – Always use a completely dry spoon (preferably wood or ceramic) to avoid introducing moisture into the jar. Crystallization Process – If the honey crystallizes, it is the absolute guarantee of its purity. You can enjoy it as is or gently warm the jar in a warm water bath (maximum 40°C).
