HARVEST SEASON
Gathered in the heart of summer from isolated orchard areas, when the warmth releases the essential oils of the linden blossoms.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Ideal Conditions – Keep the jar tightly sealed in a cool, dark place; raw honey retains its properties for years on end.
No Fridge – Pure honey does not require refrigeration after opening. Leave it at room temperature for a perfect texture.
Dry Utensils Only – Always use a completely dry spoon (preferably wood or ceramic) to avoid introducing moisture into the jar.
Crystallization Process – If the honey crystallizes, it is the absolute guarantee of its purity. You can enjoy it as is or gently warm the jar in a warm water bath (maximum 40°C).
